For orders delivered to the United States, Céleste Mogador offers, after verification, a store credit voucher for a future order equal to 50% of the customs duties actually paid; taxes, customs-clearance, brokerage, carrier-processing and administrative fees are excluded, and no cash refund is available. Email your order number and proof of payment clearly showing the customs-duty amount to info@celeste-mogador.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
For orders under 500 g, shipping starts at €3.56 in France, €7.30 in the EU, €19 for wider Europe and the Maghreb, up to €15 for the UK and Switzerland, $22 for North America, €19 for French overseas territories and €33 for other destinations; the exact options and total are confirmed at checkout based on weight and address. Standard shipping is free from €180 for euro-priced destinations and from $220 for North America.
Estimated delivery from dispatch is 3–6 business days in mainland France (1–2 with FedEx Express), 5–7 in the EU (2–3 with FedEx Express), 3–5 in North America, and 3–10 for other international destinations. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email containing a tracking link. If you cannot find the tracking message, contact info@celeste-mogador.com with your order number.
The delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been confirmed, so please check all details carefully before payment. PO box addresses are not accepted.
Orders delivered outside the European Union are shipped DAP, so any customs duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges requested on arrival are the recipient’s responsibility. For U.S. deliveries, the separate Céleste Mogador store-credit offer may apply to customs duties only, subject to its proof and timing conditions.
Notify Céleste Mogador within 14 calendar days beginning the day after delivery by emailing info@celeste-mogador.com or using the published return portal, and include your order number. Return shipping costs are covered by Céleste Mogador.
If possible, report the issue to the carrier, add specific reservations to the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel, then email info@celeste-mogador.com with your order number and photos if available. Céleste Mogador will explain the replacement or refund options.
Direct exchanges are not offered: request a refund for the item and place a new order for the piece you prefer. Contact info@celeste-mogador.com or use the return portal and include your order number.

Yes. Each brooch is constructed and embroidered by hand, thread by thread, then enriched with beads, crystals, sequins or textile elements; slight variations are part of the character of handmade work.
