DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Provided that the products are still in their original packaging and that they have not been worn, washed, ironed, retouched or soiled, the Buyer has a withdrawal period of fourteen days ( 14) from the delivery of his order.
The products must be accompanied by the duly completed return slip (this will be provided to you automatically when you request online using the link provided above);
RETURN FEES ARE OUR CHARGE.
Upon receipt of his return, the Buyer will be informed by email of the processing of his request. Céleste Mogador reserves the right to refuse a return in the following cases:

Non-compliant return since the products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging.
After receipt and validation of your return package, the refund will be made within 15 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email. The Purchaser will be reimbursed in full for the amount of the returned parts and the “outbound” shipping costs, in accordance with Châtel Law. The "return" shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
If you wish to make an exchange, it will be necessary to request a refund and place a new order.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
All products given to the carrier by Céleste Mogador are and remain in perfect condition. In the event of delivery of damaged or incomplete goods, the Purchaser must refuse delivery and mention his reservations on the delivery slip.
The Purchaser must then inform Céleste Mogador by email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting a new compliant delivery, the corresponding shipping costs being borne by Céleste Mogador, or the cancellation of the sale and its reimbursement.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the comments of our customers. If you consider the item received to be visibly defective, please submit your complaint to the following address: https://celeste.shipping-portal.com/rp/
Please attach the return form which will be provided to you during your online complaint, duly completed.
The "return" shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the item is actually deemed to be defective, you can send the carrier's invoice by email to the following address email@example.com in order to obtain reimbursement of the shipping costs.
As soon as we receive your return, we will send the article concerned to our quality department, which will be responsible for determining the causes of this concern. If it is indeed a manufacturing defect on our part, we will offer you an exchange or, depending on your preference, the refund of your item.

Céleste Mogador delivers to all the countries of the world except Russia and the African continent.
Once the order has been confirmed, the address that the Buyer has sent for the receipt of his order cannot be changed.
The carrier, Céleste Mogador's responsibility cannot be sought in the event of an impossibility of delivery due to an imprecision in the delivery address (it being specified that the designation of post office boxes is prohibited).

From the date of delivery of the parcel by the company
Delivery of the package is subject to the recipient's signature. In case of absence, a notice of proceeding is placed in your customer's mailbox, indicating that they have 15 days to collect the package at the post office.
Standard delivery in mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco and Andorra: 2 to 3 working days *
Standard delivery to the European Union: 3 to 5 working days *
